By accessing our website or engaging DevTailored for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations in India.

DevTailored agrees to provide custom software architecture, web scraping, and automation services. Any additions to the initial project 'Blueprint' will be treated as a Change Request and may be subject to additional fees.

A 50% non-refundable commitment fee is required to initiate projects. Milestone payments are tied to specific deliverables. Once a milestone is approved and code is delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Clients must provide timely feedback and necessary access to third-party tools or credentials required for project completion. Delays in feedback may result in timeline adjustments.

Upon 100% payment completion, the client receives an exclusive license to the custom source code. DevTailored retains the right to use core proprietary automation libraries and showcase work in our portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) states otherwise.

Both parties agree to keep project-related communication, business strategies, and technical architectures confidential. We do not share client database structures or proprietary logic with third parties.

DevTailored shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the delivered software or services.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
